Gidday! I'm Marco, welcome to my website. I've always had a love of old Bakeries and being a bricklayer was intrigued with wood fired ovens, so something which I started as a hobby has now become an absolute passion and this is what I've built my business on. I have developed good technique in the construction of these ovens over the years, I have actually drop tested an oven and it just put a dint in the ground! The ovens are built in Queensland and can be transported to anywhere in Australia. They weigh approximately 460 kgs for a standard 1200mm diameter oven. |
